U.S.-Mexico border fence builders sentenced for hiring undocumented workers

The top two executives of a Riverside-based company that helped build a fence to keep illegal immigrants from crossing the U.S.-Mexico border were sentenced yesterday to home confinement for hiring undocumented workers. [source]

I was going to debate the relative irony and/or hypocrisy of this recent bit of news, and probably conclude with some idealistic and enlightened thought about where Mexicans fit in to all of this, but I found this blog entry which summed it up quite well:
